In a word, absolutely! Online personal training is suitable for anyone, whether you are a complete beginner, or a seasoned gym-goer. We have a range of programmes and training approaches to suit a range of abilities and preferences. Every movement within our programmes can be swapped for higher or lower difficulty options, ensuring your programme is at the right level for your abilities. Your dedicated coach will support you at every step, to ensure you understand the key fundamentals in order to achieve your goals. Our goal is to equip you with everything you need to become a confident, independent gym-goer and we will do everything we can to ensure you thrive in exile.

When you receive your programming via our app, you will find demonstration videos for every movement in your programme, including detailed instruction. As part of the ongoing support, your coach will regularly request training videos from you in order to assess technique and make any corrections as and when required. You will also be able to request extra support on any movements that you aren’t confident with. If there are any movements in your programme that just don’t work for you, your coach will be able to suggest a range of alternatives for you, in order to ensure your programme remains the most beneficial for your needs.

As part of the coaching service, you will be provided with bespoke calorie and nutritional targets specific to your goals. Your coach will also be on hand to support you with tracking your meals and understanding your macronutrient breakdown.Our goal is to provide you with everything you need to become the best version of yourself.

You will be assigned your own dedicated coach, who will work with you every step of the way along your fitness journey. You will be able to contact your coach at any time for advice. Your coach will have access to all of your activity on the app, allowing them to reach out to provide support or suggest changes in real time. Along with routine contact, you will complete a weekly check-in, providing your coach a more in-depth summary of the previous week, allowing them to tailor your plan to ensure it remains effective in guiding you towards your goals. You will also gain access to the exclusive Exile community; a place for like-minded individuals to share experiences and support one another as part of a tight-knit community.

Online personal training is the exact same as 1-1 personal training, but without the face to face interaction. Instead of face to face contact, online personal training is delivered via email, telephone, video and instant messaging. The benefit of this is that online personal training can be done anywhere. You don’t need to meet face to face, and you don’t need to commit to a strict weekly schedule in order to meet with your personal trainer. Any questions you have can be answered instantly, rather than having to wait until the next time you see your personal trainer. You can take your training programme anywhere, without sacrificing the quality of service you receive from your personal trainer.

Upon sign up, your individually assigned coach will provide a bespoke training and nutritional protocol, depending on your specific needs. You will be given access to the Exile Fitness Academy App, allowing you to track workouts, calories and body metrics from your phone or tablet, allowing your personal trainer to work with you to identify any ways to improve your plan in real time.. You will have the freedom to structure your weekly schedule based around what works for you, without needing to worry about booking in to see your personal trainer. Along with ongoing support, you will receive a weekly check-in with a more detailed summary of the previous week, along with any targets for the week ahead.

Online personal training is as beneficial as face to face personal training, with the added benefit of not having to schedule a weekly time to meet with your personal trainer, as you will have constant access to contact your online personal trainer for any advice. However, as with face to face personal training, online personal training is only effective if the clients follow the program and apply themselves adequately. Of course, your online personal trainer will give you all the support you need to ensure you succeed.

What is the Exile cancellation policy?2022-03-16T11:16:10+00:00

All of our coaching packages come with no contract, allowing you to cancel at any time, either via your account on our website or by emailing info@exilefitness.co.uk. Upon cancellation, your service will continue for 30 days after your last payment at which point the service will end and you will not be charged again. Occasionally, you may be charged if you cancel near the end of your billing period, in which case a full refund for any unused services will be provided.

Do I need to be a gym member to have an online personal trainer?2022-03-16T11:16:45+00:00

Simply put, no! We provide a range of home-based training programmes, allowing you to work towards your goals from the comfort of your own home. Whether you dislike gyms, or lack the confidence to feel comfortable in a gym environment, our expert trainers are fully equipped to set you up for success from home.
