You will complete a comprehensive needs analysis, allowing your individually assigned coach to develop a goal-based exercise programme heavily grounded in the most cutting-edge scientific research studies, and calling on years of previous clients’ results to refine and perfect the exercise selection to work for you best.

Nutrition. Simple and Realistic

Nutrition is often seen as the most confusing and demoralising part of any fitness regime, and we understand this. You will not find any restrictive meal plans, or forbidden food groups in the EXILE METHOD. Instead, you will be given in-depth nutritional advice, specific to your individual needs. This is aimed to perfectly compliment your exercise programming, and will be paired with an easy-to-understand strategy to help you hit your daily calorie and macronutrient targets.

A Coach Dedicated to You and Your Goals

Upon sign-up, you will be able to select the coach of your choice, or let us decide the coach that best suits your needs. This coach will be your guide, your support and most importantly your partner in achieving your goals. Your coach will be your relentless pillar of support, keeping you accountable with targets, continually reviewing your training and nutrition plan to make amendments where necessary, and assisting you to maximise your results all the way along your journey.

A Single App for Everything

You will find our comprehensive app to be a powerful tool, allowing you to input and track [number] different data points daily and weekly, such as workout and nutrition tracking, progress photos, scale weight & measurements and more. You will also have the option to link your compatible fitness tracker to the app, which will provide your individually assigned coach with even more health metrics, allowing your coach to ensure your journey remains fully optimised towards your goals. With your specific pre-loaded programme, an exhaustive exercise demonstration video library, recipe ideas, as well as your main channel of communication with your coach, you will find everything you need for success within the app.

In a word, absolutely! Online personal training is suitable for anyone, whether you are a complete beginner, or a seasoned gym-goer. We have a range of programmes and training approaches to suit a range of abilities and preferences. Every movement within our programmes can be swapped for higher or lower difficulty options, ensuring your programme is at the right level for your abilities. Your dedicated coach will support you at every step, to ensure you understand the key fundamentals in order to achieve your goals. Our goal is to equip you with everything you need to become a confident, independent gym-goer and we will do everything we can to ensure you thrive in exile.

When you receive your programming via our app, you will find demonstration videos for every movement in your programme, including detailed instruction. As part of the ongoing support, your coach will regularly request training videos from you in order to assess technique and make any corrections as and when required. You will also be able to request extra support on any movements that you aren’t confident with. If there are any movements in your programme that just don’t work for you, your coach will be able to suggest a range of alternatives for you, in order to ensure your programme remains the most beneficial for your needs.

As part of the coaching service, you will be provided with bespoke calorie and nutritional targets specific to your goals. Your coach will also be on hand to support you with tracking your meals and understanding your macronutrient breakdown.Our goal is to provide you with everything you need to become the best version of yourself.

You will be assigned your own dedicated coach, who will work with you every step of the way along your fitness journey. You will be able to contact your coach at any time for advice. Your coach will have access to all of your activity on the app, allowing them to reach out to provide support or suggest changes in real time. Along with routine contact, you will complete a weekly check-in, providing your coach a more in-depth summary of the previous week, allowing them to tailor your plan to ensure it remains effective in guiding you towards your goals. You will also gain access to the exclusive Exile community; a place for like-minded individuals to share experiences and support one another as part of a tight-knit community.
